Sales Manager

You are an experienced Sales Manager and love working with leading edge technology in new and dynamic markets. What you’ll do:

  • Attract, train, motivate and retain a high-performing sales team
  • Work with management to plan, forecast and manage and achieve pipeline, forecast and revenue targets
  • Direct all sales activities to meet revenue and company targets
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with development organizations, OEM and partners
  • Educate the market, and present the value of Jibestream’s Indoor Intelligence platform to our customers, prospects and partners.
  • Working with the executive team you will help design, plan and implement effective Territory Management, Quota Planning and Incentive Compensation policies, plans and practices
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to ensure that Jibestream is driving the best solutions with the highest value to the best markets available.

  • You have at least 5 years of selling technical solutions to enterprises
  • You have a consistent record of being a top 20% performer
  • Demonstrated an analytical approach to sales from planning through to execution
  • You have a track record of building lasting relationships with your team, customers and partners
  • You have closed complex sales in highly competitive environments

Analytical Thinker – in the fast-paced emotional world of enterprise sales there is a need for fact-based, planning and analytical skills to ensure the plans, resources, activities are aligned and direct to ensure the best possible results. We are looking for a leader with the perfect balance between Art and Science in Sales.  The ability to provide creative solutions to new customer problems and take a fact-based analytical approach to managing the business.
