At Jibestream, we put maps in your apps. Jibestream’s software platform connects physical spaces to the digital world by enabling indoor maps in mobile, web and kiosk applications. We provide our customers with a living, breathing single source of truth for all data connected to indoor maps. Our data is used to solve problems in many departments including facilities, operations, IT, security, collaboration services and marketing.
With our recent rapid growth, we are looking for new team members to explore the indoor mapping world and to help us solve real world problems. Our culture is about customer success, continuous improvement, openness and striving to go above and beyond expectations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has 5 or more years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary software projects and ushering them through the entire lifecycle – i.e. you’re super experienced at managing schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Our Project Managers shape the deployment of Jibestream’s products, and need to be extremely good at working collaboratively with external teams and partners. To be successful, you’ll need to be well rounded, comfortable in a dynamic work environment, and not be afraid of a challenge.

Tough challenges ahead: We are a Product focused company. Let’s face it; it’s easier to sell when you can tell the customer that each job can be customized to suit their exact needs. While this sounds great in theory, unfortunately it doesn’t scale that well. We now have a robust platform that has defined features and functionality and are super disciplined about pouring our R&D dollars into the platform. This discipline does come with challenges and requires more rigour and planning from the entire crew.
