We are seeking a Business Development Representative who is a self-starter, eager to learn and who doesn’t shy away from big goals. And we’re not talking about unrealistic targets or mission impossible but goals that inspire and get you fired up. This role is an integral part of the Jibestream's sales and marketing team and provides essential support to the overall revenue function. Reporting to the Director of Sales based out of our Toronto office, you will work with our outside sales team to proactively source new revenue opportunities, follow up on inbound leads and help grow Jibestream’s footprint.

The challenges ahead: We have a robust platform that has defined features and functionality and we're disciplined about pouring our R&D dollars into it. This requires rigour and planning from the entire team.
Process: The company is growing fast in all aspects, which is great. The hard part is that we don’t have all the processes of a big company in place yet. We are counting on our people to help create that process and adjust it quickly as we grow.
